Chef Ross Pangilinan Returning in Costa Mesa opening his 2nd Branch of Resto

Terrace by Mix Mix, a globally inspired full-service al fresco dining restaurant designed in a modern, rustic and beautiful covered terrace is owned and headed by a gifted Filipino chef, Ross Pangilinan, will open their second branch this fall in Costa Mesa. 

It took Chef Pangilinan vision, talent, and guts to leave Leatherby’s in Costa Mesa as an executive chef for seven years and take the risk of opening his first restaurant called Mix Mix last year, which gathered prestigious awards.

The cuisine will showcase Pangilinan’s eclectic style, influenced by French, Italian, and modern Filipino cuisine. Serving some popular dishes like tostadas and pork cheeks, but most menu items will be different such as prawns and seasonal vegetables roasted just right in the pizza oven and served either with a velvety vegetable puree or butter gremolata. And another thing to look forward to is the famous Filipino dessert halo-halo.
